The nostalgic bakery, over 400 years old, was transformed in 2008 into a charming holiday home: La Campagne (gîte).
It is suitable for 2 people, and dogs are also welcome.

Please note: the gîte is less suitable for people with reduced mobility, as the sleeping area is in the attic and only accessible by a wooden ladder.

Layout and facilities

  • The price is €70 per night for 2 people.
  • An extra bed is available for €10 per night.
  • Sleeping is on two mattresses in the attic, please bring your own bed linen. On request, we can provide bed linen for €5 per day or €20 per week.
  • On the ground floor you will find a cosy sitting area with a small sofa and coffee table, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a small kitchen with fireplace.
  • The gîte has its own private entrance, making it a fully independent holiday home.

Cleaning and rules

During your stay we do not enter the gîte and no interim cleaning is provided. We kindly ask you to leave the gîte tidy upon departure. If not, we charge €60 cleaning costs.

Outdoor space and atmosphere

The house stands free and has its own terrace with table and chairs. You can also make use of all facilities at Qui Vivra Verra. The atmosphere is cosy, authentic and full of charm. Not luxurious, but very special.

Dining with us

In the gîte you can easily cook for yourself, but you are also welcome to join us for a delicious 3-course dinner. The price is €30 per person, drinks not included. Please note that there is no dinner on Sundays. You can book the dinner when making your reservation or upon arrival at the campsite.

A piece of history

In the past, the terrace of the gîte was located on the roof of the sanitary building. Since the renovation in the winter of 2024, this is no longer possible for safety reasons. The terrace is now situated on the old bridge, which was built centuries ago across the little river next to the mill.
