Reservation form
We generally respond super fast. Of course we are always available by phone or email for your special wishes, such as group trips, staff outings, Ingrid’s painting course, cooking workshops, etc.
The general terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
Conditions
From September 1, 2011 we started calculating reservation and administration costs. These amount to € 20 per reservation and that is in addition to the 33% down payment of the nights (see general conditions). If something happens after reservation, within the period set in the general terms and conditions, which prevents you from coming on holiday, we will refund the deposit minus the reservation and administration costs.
At the final bill after your stay, if you have been the entire booked period, you will receive a refund of the reservation and administration costs, so no cancellation!
We have decided this, because many guests want to go home earlier than planned because of the weather, homesickness for some reason and then we are left with empty rooms, which we can no longer rent out at the last minute. Many understand this, but others do not, with all the financial consequences for us. Now that this is on our site, including the terms and conditions page, we are at least very clear to our guests.
So if you leave earlier without a valid reason (doctor’s prescription, for example), you simply pay all the reserved days.
Of course we would like to point out that you can take out travel and / or cancellation insurance for your holiday.
